- A) If you wish to make your payment via a credit card instalment plan, please pay a deposit of $50 online and arrange with our staff to complete the remaining payment via a credit card instalment plan at our clinic.
By carting out the item(s), it confirms your intention to make a purchase. A slot will be reserved for you. In the event where no payment is received and orders are cancelled, your account may be blacklisted from future purchases.

- A) Local courier delivery is available at $5.00 (0 to 2kg) and $7.00 (for 2.5 to 5kg).

- A) A tracking number will be provided to you once your item(s) has been shipped out.
For any unclaimed parcel that is sent back to us, a re-delivery fee applies before we ship it out again.
