Exosome preparations are topical actives used at the scalp. We apply them to the surface, and a session takes about 15 minutes. We offer two treatment line: one laboratory-produced in Korea and another manufactured in Italy using bovine colostrum – the nutrient-rich first milk produced by a cow shortly after giving birth.

What are exosomes?
Exosomes are very small vesicles released by cells. Think of them as sealed parcels carrying proteins, lipids and genetic material. Cells use them to signal to one another.
In aesthetic medicine, exosomes are sourced outside the body, purified, then applied to the skin or scalp. They function as topical actives, in the same family as serums and boosters.
They are neither a medicine nor a hair transplant. What they can and cannot do for your particular scalp is a question for your doctor at consultation.

Every hair follows a repeating cycle of three stages. Each follicle runs its own cycle independently, so they do not all shed at the same time.

Thinning appears when the balance shifts. Fewer follicles sit in the growing stage, more sit at rest, and each replacement hair comes through finer than the last. The dermal papilla at the base of the follicle helps regulate this timing.
This matters for your expectations. The cycle runs on a clock measured in months rather than days. That is why sessions sit about a month apart, and why nobody can promise you a timeline.

We carry two lines, and customers reasonably ask about both.
Line one
Korean Exosome Line
This laboratory-produced exosome preparation comes from a Korean manufacturer. Korea has built a substantial share of global exosome production over the past decade.
It arrives as two vials. One holds a freeze-dried powder, the other an activating solution containing amino acids, vitamins, peptides, minerals and hyaluronic acid. We mix them at the clinic immediately before your session rather than using a pre-mixed solution.
The formulation contains no preservatives, artificial fragrance or artificial colouring. Freeze-drying keeps the material stable until the day you use it.
Line Two
Italian colostrum exosome line
This preparation is derived from bovine colostrum—the first milk produced by a cow shortly after giving birth.
The colostrum comes from grass-fed cattle on an organic-certified family farm in Italy. It is collected within one to five hours of birth.
It is transported under temperature-controlled conditions and processed within 24 to 48 hours to help preserve its freshness. The purification process then isolates the exosomes and growth factors contained within the colostrum.
Colostrum contains more than 250 biologically active components and is naturally rich in growth factors. This treatment line is manufactured in Italy.
Colostrum is a well-understood natural source. The Italian line contains no human-derived material, and the purified material carries no genetic information. Tell your doctor before your consultation if you have a dairy or milk protein allergy.

Hair thinning has many causes. Some are hormonal, some nutritional, some medical, and some call for an entirely different treatment. The consultation exists to identify which applies to you before you spend anything.
Afterwards
What to expect afterwards
You may notice the following after a session:
- redness or warmth at the treated area
- mild tenderness or tightness
- temporary scalp sensitivity
These usually settle within a day or two. Less commonly, irritation, infection or an allergic reaction can occur. Contact the clinic if you notice spreading redness, swelling, discharge or a rash.
Aftercare
Keep the scalp clean and dry for the rest of the day. Avoid swimming, saunas and hair colouring for 48 hours. Keep it out of direct sun.

No. Neither line involves transplanting or injecting living stem cells. The Italian line is derived from bovine colostrum. The Korean line is produced from cell culture media and contains no living cells.
No. We apply both lines topically at the scalp.
No. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) uses a component of your own blood, drawn on the day. Exosome preparations are sourced externally, so the two follow different protocols.
